An Israeli army spokesman said Wednesday that an army drone crashed on Syrian territory during “routine activities.”

Spokesman Avichai Adraei said on his Twitter account that there were no concerns about the leak, indicating that the incident was being investigated.

It is noteworthy that in January last year, unidentified drones bombed refrigerators in eastern Syria, and Israeli Channel 12 reported that the target of the bombing was a convoy of Iranian militias en route from Iraq to Syria.

For years, the positions of Iranian-linked regime forces and groups in Syria have been subjected to repeated Israeli bombardments, the latest of which was at dawn today, Wednesday, on Aleppo International Airport.
