British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak said on Wednesday that the government has committed to create jobs, reduce public debt and support Medicare.

“We are in dialogue with trade unions to find a responsible and fair solution to end the strikes,” Sunak added.

He indicated that he acted with urgency to counter the strikes, especially in the medical sectors.
