Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said today, Tuesday, at a meeting at the Ministry of Energy that Russia has significantly increased oil exports to India, and also increased supplies to China.

The Russian Deputy Prime Minister pointed out that Russia has redirected most of its energy exports to alternative and friendly markets.

“Most of our energy resources are redirected to other markets, to the markets of friendly countries,” Novak said. “Last year, we increased oil exports to India by 22 times, as well as supplies to China and other markets, which is an excellent result of our work. done in this industry.”

In light of Western sanctions against Moscow and the EU’s desire to abandon Russian oil, Russia has decided to redirect energy supplies to Asian markets and friendly countries.
